The Circlon | group is expanding its Professional Services division

As the demand for competent WLAN and mobile device management solutions is constantly growing, the Circlon | group has decided to further expand this area of expertise. Effective May 1, Pascal Meger will take over the management of our Professional Services Division. Lukas Windhorst is another new expert with extensive SOTI and WLAN experience.

Proactive customer communication and individual concepts

Pascal Meger has already been with the company since August 2020 as a Business Development Expert. Together with his team, he has many years of project experience in the areas of security, wired and wireless technology, cultivating a close exchange with the major technology partners (including Extreme Network Associate, Certified Wireless Network, Cisco Certified Network Associate). For his new responsibility, Pascal Meger defines his goals as follows: "We want to promote proactive customer communication and not just passively wait for support requests. This allows us to directly identify potentials based on the requirement, to offer individually tailored concepts, workshops, training or wireless site surveys and to efficiently accelerate diagnostics during troubleshooting. In addition, we see ourselves as a full-spectrum support for sales to identify suitable products and alternatives even faster, depending on customer requirements."
