The Circlon I group is pleased to announce that Samantha Klein has been appointed to the position of Sales Assistant to strengthen the team. Samantha has a broad range of professional experience and can apply her knowledge specifically to her new field of responsibility. Experience with the integrated standard business software product SAP as well as MS Navision rounds off her portfolio for this area.
 

An eye on the whole team: from administration to the reporting of sales figures.

As Sales Assistant, Samantha provides valuable support to our Sales Manager, the Head of Inside Sales and the field sales team of the Circlon I group. The back office involves a lot of administrative work: The agenda includes the preparation of appointments as well as their coordination and follow-up. Samantha takes care of maintaining our CRM system and preparing customer data. The evaluation of sales figures and the creation of regular reports are just as much a part of the tasks as a sales assistant at Circlon I group as is the support for budget planning. In addition to all these tasks, Samantha Klein keeps track of everything and supports the entire team with her skills.
