Looking to the future – Marco Lamonaca to coordinate state-of-the-art product development as new Director Products & Innovation.

In most cases innovations are not a coincidence. They are the result of concentrated work with a precise focus on current and above all future customer requirements and, first and foremost, require a sure instinct for correct timing. For this reason, the Circlon | group is also aligning its personnel strategy accordingly, as reflected by the current appointment to a leading position in product development: Marco Lamonaca moved into his office in Cologne on 1 April 2019 as the new Director Products & Innovation.

Marco Lamonaca will act as the linchpin, bringing together and coordinating the competencies from development, marketing and sales so that customers benefit even faster and more comprehensively from the innovative solutions of the Circlon | group. The requirements of tomorrow already in view today 

Marco Lamonaca has acquired his many years of experience as development manager, project manager, architect and consultant in software and hardware companies with a focus on retail. He is proficient in the design and implementation of IT solutions based on web-based services, client-server architectures and cloud services, including mobile app development and system hardening. 

Through his project history, he has extensive knowledge in the integration of systems in the fields of digital signage, electronic product labels, content management, product information management, enterprise service bus and self-scanning at enterprise level and has worked with many industry veterans in the past. From consulting to strategy through to the implementation of successful floor space concepts, he has been responsible for customer digitisation projects.
