In the field of transport logistics, the Circlon | group is a market leader in Germany with its software products.

Cologne, 2 July 2018. For the 25th time, the TOP 100 competition is selecting the most innovative companies amongst German SMEs. This year, the Circlon | group has been chosen as one of these innovation leaders. This was the result of the analysis by the scientific director of TOP 100, Prof. Dr. med. Nikolaus Franke. As a mentor of TOP 100, Ranga Yogeshwar honoured the group of companies together with Prof. Franke and compamedia on 29 June 2018 at the award ceremony in Ludwigsburg within the framework of the 5th German SME Summit. In the independent selection process, the company, with its 90 employees, particularly impressed the panel with the organisation of its innovative processes and innovative climate.

In the field of transport logistics, the Circlon | group is a market leader in Germany with its software products. The sophisticated solutions help ensure, for example, that everything is in the right place at the right time. One of the reasons for the success of the TOP 100 company is the high practicality of the applications.

"Each and every one of our developers accompanies truck drivers on several of their runs to get to know the operations and challenges encountered in the transport industry," explains Felix Dossmann, Director Products & Innovation of the  Circlon | group. Through this intensive getting to know each other's everyday working lives, the programmers know exactly how to create applications that make daily work routines easier.

The scope for new ideas is firmly planned for the group of companies with its 90 employees. Every employee has 10 to 20% of their working time available for creative concepts. "My dream is that we have accomplished the week's target by Thursday, thus leaving us Fridays free to focus on the real innovations," explains Dossmann.
