Ramona Franz has over 20 years of HR experience in various positions as deputy HR Director in industrial companies and HR Business Partner in the e-commerce field. The Circlon | group team will benefit from this wealth of experience as well as her additional qualification as Systemic Coach and Change Manager. She will further develop the sense of community across all three locations and ensure optimised HR processes: less bureaucracy, more efficiency.
